What are your delivery options within Australia?
We offer standard shipping across Australia via Australia Post and select couriers. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Regional areas may require additional time.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original, unopened packaging and you have a valid proof of purchase. Please note that certain items like underwear and food products are excluded for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Currently, Click & Collect is available at selected MUJI retail stores across Victoria and New South Wales. You can select your preferred store during the checkout process if the items are in stock.
What payment methods do you accept online?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support digital payment options such as PayPal and Afterpay for your convenience.
How can I track my online order?
